And as an Administrative Assistant at Bravo, you must be able to think differently and act like a Bravo. Of course, you must have general knowledge of office procedures and practices, equipment and, excellent communication skills. But a thirst for creativity and a healthy interest in advertising will also come in handy.


    The receptionist provides exceptional customer service in a professional manner while managing the front desk area and supports the Executive Offices.

    • Greet and direct all guests of the business (clients, vendors, applicants, etc.) in a courteous manner
    • Ensure clear communication and collaboration between both Receptionists
    • Answer all incoming phone calls, professionally and courteously, within 2 - 3 rings. Transfers phone calls internally and takes messages as needed
    • Handles all courier/ messenger services
    • Manages scheduling for all Conference Rooms. Ensures rooms are kept neat and clean before and after each meeting
    • Assist Finance with invoicing (distribution of invoices, etc.)
    • Orders catering for client meetings and works with sr. management and/or Executive Administrative Assistant in organizing client meetings
    • Liaise between employees and building services to fulfill maintenance requests (opens ticket for requests and monitors to ensure completion)
    • Organizes the Mailroom and Finance copy room
    • Responsible for maintaining kitchen, ensure it is cleaned, organized and fully stocked with the necessary supplies. Cleans coffee machine as needed.   Is the liaison with the person who cleans the kitchen (currently done towards the end of day)
    • Responsible for ordering kitchen supplies.

     We’d love it if you had:

    • Excellent verbal communication skills, including professional demeanor on the telephone, and when greeting and speaking to guests in the workplace
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize projects
    • 1-2 year of experience working in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel and Outlook
