  • Overview

    The Assistant Account Executive acts as a liaison between the Agency and the client.

    As internal liaison with account team members, the AAE is also responsible for the administration and organizational support for the day-to-day management of client accounts.

     

    Overall responsibilities include assisting in issuing production schedules and updates, coordinating trafficking of ads, processing estimates, revisions and legal clearance for creative work, monitoring media schedules, updating and researching reports and solving internal scheduling problems.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day project and client service support to account management
    • Coordinate and monitor internal workflow towards the completion and delivery of agency output
    • Create budget overviews, including estimates, invoicing and accounting support
    • Responsible for accurately and succinctly capturing client feedback and communicating the feedback to the agency team

    Qualifications

     

    We’d love it if you had:

    • Understanding of agency functions
    • Strong communication skills – written and oral
    • Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills
    • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure
    • Detail oriented with excellent follow through skills
    • BA/BS degree required; Marketing, Business, or Communications degree preferred
    • Experience and demonstrated interest and focus in advertising, marketing and account management (internship, advertising/marketing degree, etc.)
    • Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint
    • Bilingual/Bi-cultural
