  • Overview

    The Account Executive is the agency’s first-line representative of the account(s) assigned to him/her and the first-line representative of these accounts to the agency.


    • Responsible for the independent day-to day management of assigned account(s)

    • Manages /coordinates client projects and may take an active role in all disciplines (planning, creative, media, research production, and database) from planning to completion

    • May serve as the daily contact between the company/agency and the client

    • Effectively executes strategies, problem-solves, and develops solid business relationships

    • Provides client service support

    • Typically reports to an Account Supervisor and at times to an Account Director

    • Broadcast production experience

    • Digital marketing experience (social and digital programs)

    • Team player and experience within a multi-disciplinary team - planning, creative, media, digital

    • Assertive go-getter who exhibits leadership skills

    • Responsible for other duties and projects as assigned 


    We’d love it if you had:

        • Understanding of agency functions

        • Strong communication skills- written and oral

        • Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills

        • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure

        • Detail oriented with excellent follow through skills

        • 2+ years of relevant industry and general advertising/agency experience

        • Knowledge of the Caribbean Islands culture or has worked with this market

        • Category experience (telecom/technology)

        • BA/BS degree required; Marketing, Business, or Communications degree preferred

        • Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
